Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team and support our financial advisors in managing and expanding client relationships.  The Client Relationship Manager will act as a liaison between the clients and financial advisors, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.  This role involves understanding client needs, addressing inquiries, completing transaction requests, and facilitating smooth communication between all parties.  The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, financial industry knowledge and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.

 

Qualifications:

  • Passion for client services & delivering the red-carpet treatment.
  • Exceptional conflict resolution skills, ability to build rapport, exhibit empathy and provide exceptional client service.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Task oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize & manage multiple requests.
  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred.
  • Experience in customer relations service, sales or other customer facing roles.
  • Ability to lead and work within a team.
  • Ability to learn CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Study and pass industry license examinations (FINRA Series 7 & Series 66) within the first 180 days of employment.
  • Serve as primary contact for clients, respond to client inquiries, identify, research & resolve service issues.
  • Build and maintain deep, meaningful client relationships; maintain regular communication with clients to understand their financial goals, needs and preferences. 
  • Research investment & product information for financial advisors.
  • Service clients through planning updates, portfolio changes & reviews, returns and identifying new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. 
  • Maintain adequate understanding of and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Attend company events. 

 

Benefits:

  • $55,000-$75,000 base salary (based on experience & educational background) with revenue bonus opportunities.
